- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels such as Viber, Messenger, Whatsapp and system.
- Assist clients with inquiries, problem resolution, and product information.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and assist in pitching services to clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level, 0–2 years of experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
