Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and with empathy.
- Record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Work with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service.
- Skills: Good English communication, customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office.
- Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal communication, and ability to stay calm during challenging situations.
