Customer Service Representative ( retirement LOB) will be responsible for handling participant inquiries related to retirement plans, providing accurate information on account transactions, policies, and plan features. Ensures timely issue resolution, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and delivers professional, high-quality customer support.
Description / Requirements
- Role: CSR Retirement LOB
- Work Set-up: Onsite
- Level: SPE
- Site Location: BGC, Taguig
- Schedule: night shift
- Salary: 50K
Qualifications:
- Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- With Banking/Financial/Billing/Insurance experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
- Willing to work on night shift schedule
