Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to travel and hospitality services.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage reservations and bookings efficiently.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and resolving conflicts during their travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience throughout their journey.
Requirements
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service or travel industry
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Skills and Competencies: Sabre GDS is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
