Key Responsibilities

  • Retain customers by offering suitable product transfers
  • Manage Product Transfer cases from eligibility checks to completion
  • Handle customer queries via email, calls, and letters
  • Oversee mortgage servicing processes and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with brokers, solicitors, and third parties for account-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
  • Prepare reports and assist in team projects
  • Ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance
  • Perform tasks such as:
  • Sending rate quotes to brokers/customers
  • Inputting Product Transfer rates
  • Following up on missed payments and alerts
  • Assisting with loan payoff processing


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in mortgages or loans preferred
  • Background in customer service is essential
  • Ability to multi-task, plan, and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
