A Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides high-quality support to customers in both English and Spanish. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. The representative serves as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers while maintaining company service standards.


Key Responsibilities


Handle customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, chat, or in person


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Translate or clarify information for Spanish-speaking customers when needed
  • Process orders, account updates, returns, refunds, or service requests
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Adhere to company policies and customer service procedures
