- What is Near Hire Academy?
- Near Hire Academy (NHA) is a 15-day training program designed to enhance candidates' language proficiency and prepare them for a successful career at Sutherland. During the training, participants will receive daily meal vouchers and a stipend upon completion.
Through the NHA curriculum, you will:
- Develop effective communication skills
- Refine grammar usage
- Master sentence structure
- Participate in speech exercises and interview simulations

- Open to all joiners looking to grow a career at Sutherland
