Descrição:
- Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy following Company guidelines.
- Provide accurate information to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to management.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets within our BPO & Call Center industry standards.
Requisito
- Must be 18 - 50 yrs. old
- JHS & HS grad.(Old curriculum) Must have at least 6mos. Call center experience
- College Graduate (No exp. needed)
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, basic computer proficiency, and customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to issues.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, ability to work under pressure, and attentiveness to customer needs.
