  • Oversee customer service team to ensure high-quality support.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, occasional stress from dealing with customer complaints.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, organized, and capable of motivating teams.
