- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Organize daily workflow and ensure all staff clearly understand their assigned duties and delegated tasks.
- Monitor staff productivity and performance levels.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team efficiency.
- Ensure all operational tasks are executed productively and contribute to outlet profitability.
- Support the smooth flow of outlet functions to meet daily business needs and customer expectations.
- Deliver excellent sales service by engaging with customers professionally.
- Understand customer inquiries and offer appropriate recommendations to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Stock handling & receiving, responsible for unloading packages and verifying contents against delivery documents or PO numbers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper handling of all received goods.
