The Team Lead for the Mobility Account is responsible for supervising, guiding, and supporting a team of customer service representatives handling mobility-related services such as telecommunications, mobile plans, and device support. The role ensures the team meets performance targets, delivers high-quality service, and provides excellent customer experiences while aligning with company standards and client expectations.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as TL - Mobility account
- Graduate of IT, Tech or any related course
