JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Open for bachelor's degree holder
- With 1 + years of Experience in Customer Service Representative is an advantage.
- Amendable to work immediately.
- Amendable to work in shifting schedule
- Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver customer service support in line with defined scope of work and agreed service level agreements
- Update and maintain accurate client records by regularly reviewing and amending account details.
- Manage customer complaints by identifying issues and providing timely, effective solutions.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring all questions are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Provide guidance and support to customers, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are consistently met.
