岗位职责：

1、数据中台一站式开发平台的设计和研发，涉及数据采集、作业调度、数据质量、元数据管理、指标管理等模块

2、大数据平台服务组件的搭建和维护，能够持续优化并改进现有的技术框架，保证高可用、稳定、低延迟的优质服务体验

3、与跨职能团队合作，提供数据支持和解决方案


Requisito

岗位要求：

1、3年以上大数据相关生产环境开发工作经验

2、熟悉Hadoop生态，掌握Hadoop、Flink、Hive、Kafka、Starrocks、Sqoop 等主流的大数据技术，对hadoop、flink 等源码有研究者优先

3、工程能力强，基础扎实，精通java，熟悉 python、shell等语言

4、有大项目工程整体设计流程和实现者优先

5、擅于沟通和解决问题，乐于总结分享，有想法，有冲劲，有团队精神和主人翁意识和责任感
