• Degree in business, marketing, data analytics, statistics, or closely related fields.
• Relevant data management and/or business reporting experience in FMCG sector
• Proficiency in creating dashboards in Excel and/or PowerBI
• Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Power Query
• Knowledge of machine learning & predictive analytics
• Experience in preparing reports or topline analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
