The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights that will help guide strategic and operational decisions. This function shall design and maintain dashboards, reports and data frameworks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data from various sources to surface insights, risks, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualization
• Design, develop and maintain data dashboards and analytics frameworks for reference of leadership and operational teams
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate key metrics to track business performance.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reports
• Collaborate with MIS to improve data accessibility and system integration
• Enhance analysis and forecasting using AI tools and predictive modeling

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, with major in Business Analytics, IT or Computer Science.
• Background in Statistics, Economics or Management Information System
• Minimum 1-2 years of related professional experience on business analytics or data science
• Experience working with data visualization tools and analytical frameworks that support business performance optimization
• Basic skills required
• SQL & Database Management
• Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and python (or similar tools)
• Data Warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concept
• Statistics & Predictive Modelling
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools for analytics

1. Microsoft Certified as Data Analyst

3. Any recognized certification in Business Intelligence, Data Science or AI Analytics
