Descrição:

  • Prepare comprehensive client shareholder reports, including data gathering, analysis, and final report generation, ensuring precision and timely delivery. 
  • Coordinate with global teams, providing regular project updates at each stage of development. 
  • Identify institutional shareholders by conducting thorough research and analysis of data from the banking/brokerage community, investment managers, and publicly available documents, adhering to detailed guidelines and procedures. 
  • Perform share registry analysis across multiple listed stock exchanges. 
  • Contribute to the evaluation of operational processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring quality outcomes. 
  • Utilize research tools such as Bloomberg, internet sources, and other databases for data collection and analysis. 
  • Work independently on projects while proactively sharing key findings and updates with the team. 
  • Respond to client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information. 
  • Take on ad hoc tasks and additional responsibilities as required, supporting other teams with various projects.

Requisito

  • Proven experience in preparing shareholder identification reports is essential. 
  • Solid understanding of global financial markets, including key trends, regulations, and major stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen ability to work with numbers and solve complex problems. 
  • Proficient in financial analysis platforms, such as Eikon, and Bloomberg. 
  • Able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel. 
  • Flexible working on EMEA or AMER shifts as needed. 
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. 
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
