The purpose of the role is to encode details of the inspection based on the draft estimate reports submitted by the evaluators. Ensure correctness of job evaluation report and assign a task to Senior Evaluator to check the accuracy of repair cost. Prepares transmittal report of all claim documents received by CLEC and forwarded to Head Office to complete their records.

FINANCIAL

• Review all job estimate reports for the claim presented to ensure the total cost of estimate should be proportionate to the loss and be cost effective.  

CUSTOMER

• Respond more effectively to the needs of internal and external customers and provide assistance for the early settlement of the claim.

INTERNAL PROCESS

• Ensure worksheets/estimate as part of a vehicle inspection/assessment are completed and posted into the system to confirm they have resulted from the accident or occurrence. For sustainability, promote Video Chat Survey for minor damages.

LEARNING & DEV. / INNOVATION

• Understand and accept new responsibilities appropriate to go beyond the current job to learn new skills and capabilities.

EDUCATION: College graduate

EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ background in Insurance, preferably Claims and/or Underwriting.

SKILLS: Strong oral communication skills on the phone and in person. Computer literate (specially Word and Excel)

BASIC TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:  

• Basic Non-Life Insurance Course
• Effective Business Correspondence
• Training on Motor Car Claims.
