Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately encode employee Daily Time Records (DTRs) into the company or client timekeeping/payroll system
  • Validate attendance logs, leaves, overtime, and undertime data against supporting documents
  • Coordinate with site supervisors or timekeepers to verify and correct discrepancies
  • Ensure timely submission and encoding of DTRs for payroll processing
  • Generate summary reports of attendance, tardiness, absences, and overtime
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive payroll information
  • Support HR and Payroll teams in resolving DTR-related concerns
  • Archive and organize physical and digital timekeeping records for audit purposes
