The Digital Designer is responsible for creating and executing visually compelling digital assets that support the brand’s creative direction and commercial goals. This role includes designing weekly eDM campaigns, updating website content, producing social media creatives, and developing a variety of digital materials that bring the dusk brand to life across all online touchpoints.

Working closely with the eCommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams, the Digital Designer ensures consistent, on-brand execution that enhances customer engagement and elevates the digital experience.

The main responsibilities of a DIGITAL DESIGNER include:

• Design and build weekly eDM campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain, update, and optimise website assets such as homepage banners, promotional tiles, and landing pages.
• Develop static and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising channels.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive creative execution across platforms.
• Optimise digital designs for performance, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Manage, organise, and version-control creative assets to support efficient workflows.
• Ensure all creative output is delivered on schedule, reflects dusk’s brand tone and seasonal direction, and meets project objectives.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

Non-Negotiable:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficient in Figma (experience working with and creating component libraries a plus).
• Proven ability to design and build eDMs and landing pages.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and designing for responsive, user-centric websites.

Negotiable / Preferred:

• Familiarity with digital asset optimisation and file management best practices.
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, eCommerce, CRM).

Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design, multimedia design, or related fields.
