Descrição:

  • 负责交易平台及金融衍生品等业务的需求调研、规划和实际落地
  • 负责完整的交易功能，包括但不限于基础合约交易功能、钱包账户、交易风控等。
  • 关注同行业务市场，探索⾦融交易产品⽤户增⻓⼿段
  • 收集用户及公司内部反馈，根据公司业务规划持续对产品进行更新迭代
  • 与研发、测试、运营等部门有效沟通，确保其对产品充分理解及推进产品上线
  • 监控产品数据，进行分析和统计，持续改进产品，解决用户痛点


Requisito

  • 熟悉金融衍生品、各类交易平台，善于以用户视角发现问题，同时可以凭借产品专业能力和经验解决问题
  • 5 年以上产品管理或相关工作经验，2年中心化交易所合约产品经验
  • 具有期货交易产品设计经验，对交易/用户服务/风控/清算等模块有详细了解。
  • 具备用户体验的敏感性，能站在用户角度考虑产品设计思路
  • 清晰的产品思路，把握产品的能力，优化细节设计能力；
  • 工作责任心强，具有较高抗压能力能承担起步公司的工作量
  • 流利英语书写沟通
  • 能接受创业团队 6天制，远程模式，团队时区：北京时间
  • Up to $7,000U/月。薪资范围根据个人经验面议，表现优异者可获参与期权分红福利。
