Descrição:
设计并主导开发去中心化交易平台（DEX）的整体技术架构（含链上合约与链下服务）
构建高性能的撮合引擎、资产管理系统和流动性模块
指导和协助开发团队完成核心模块的开发与优化
保障系统安全、稳定运行，评估和应对潜在安全风险
与产品、运营团队密切配合，推动产品落地和迭代
Requisito
精通区块链技术，具备 3 年以上智能合约开发经验，深入理解以太坊、EVM 或其他主流公链机制
熟练掌握 Solidity、Rust 或 Move 等语言中的一种或多种
有完整 DEX 项目设计与上线经验（Uniswap、Curve、1inch、GMX 类似产品优先）
熟悉去中心化钱包、跨链桥、预言机（如 Chainlink）、闪电贷等组件集成
熟悉 Layer2、ZK、Rollup、MEV 等前沿技术优先
强逻辑思维与系统架构能力，有推动大型系统从0到1的项目经历
