• Develop, plan, and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) that speaks to our audience
• Manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts consistently
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve content and campaign effectiveness
• Respond to comments and messages, and engage professionally with followers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and branding initiatives
• Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient with tools like AI tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
• Creative thinker with great attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Photography or basic video editing skills
• Experience with paid social ads (e.g. Meta Ads) and campaign reporting
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
