DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST - FREELANCE / AGENCY

This is a contract-based role for 6 months, ideal for a freelancer, or agency. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of our digital marketing initiatives, particularly across Facebook and Instagram, while supporting SEO and basic website development or enhancements. The goal is to grow local brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendars and paid ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram (local market).
• Manage community engagement and brand storytelling to build a strong online identity.
• Collaborate with internal marketing/admin teams for visuals, promotions, and campaign support.
• Implement SEO best practices to boost website traffic, including keyword targeting and on-page optimization.
• Work with our IT/tech partner (if available) or independently to develop, improve, or maintain our local website or landing pages (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
• Recommend actionable strategies based on performance data and emerging digital trends.
• Assist in building lead generation funnels or CRM integrations, if applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in retail, sports, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong command of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) setup, management, and analytics.
• Familiarity with local digital audience behavior in the Philippines.
• Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page) and Google tools (Search Console, Analytics).
• Experience with basic website development using WordPress or similar CMS (bonus: e-commerce integrations).
• Strong copywriting, visual coordination, and campaign planning skills.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet campaign timelines.
• Open to freelancers, solo specialists, or boutique digital agencies.
