- The Digital Marketing Specialist for a construction company is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- This role involves creating and optimizing digital campaigns, managing social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
- Creativity and ability to think strategically.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
