SLI Dispatcher is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of field teams assigned to SLI projects. This role ensures that all deployment activities, ticket dispatching, and reporting are completed efficiently and accurately while maintaining clear communication between technicians, management, and project partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report team deployment updates to FH and IPG.
• Dispatch assigned tickets to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
• Submit Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) reports to the SLI Viber group.
• Assign tickets in Oracle according to team assignments and project requirements.
• Monitor team performance and project progress to ensure timely task completion.
• Input technician reports into the GS Monitoring system for IPG and FH.
• Assist technicians in closing tickets in Oracle and TMS systems.
• Maintain constant communication with technicians to gather real-time updates.
• Provide daily status reports and ensure data accuracy across all monitoring platforms.
