Descrição:
- Manage document flow and maintain version control.
- Manage and organize documents, ensure proper filing systems, maintain email correspondence, and support project teams with documentation needs.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation.
- Implement document management procedures and policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely document updates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in document control or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook, strong scheduling and time management skills, exceptional data entry accuracy, and excellent written communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
