Jatro BPO is a Philippines-based outsourcing workforce that helps strata businesses to focus on their core functions. As a specialized staffing company, Jatro provides administrative and professional back office support for businesses.
This is a full time on site role for a Document Specialist located in San Fernando, Pampanga. The Document Specialist will be responsible for creating, reviewing and updating documents for our clients. The Document Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that the documents are accurate, up to date and properly organized to meet the company's standards and the client needs.
Furthermore, a Document Specialists compile, process and maintain data and records according to established guidelines. These data may be related to billing, budgeting, invoicing, filing, sending in and out emails, setting up email reminders, notices and updating documents or other business related topics. May also perform other administrative tasks such as answering and returning phone calls or any related to daily business operation, many of which could be clearly defined, closely related, and repetitive.
