- Manage client relations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Coordinate and process purchases from vendors and suppliers.
- Arrange and monitor client orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare bidding documents and assist in the bidding process.
- Promote and market products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and monitor stock levels.
- Handle the issuance of sales invoices and delivery receipts.
- Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time and complete transactions.
- Regularly follow up with clients for new or repeat orders.
- Attend biddings and represent the company when required.
- Assist in launching and managing new liaison services starting December.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned, primarily supporting NRMP operations.
