- Safe Driving: Prioritize safe driving practices, following all traffic rules and regulations.

- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Professional Driver's License: Must have a valid professional driver's license.

- NBI Clearance: Must have a valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) background check clearance.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
