Description
- Transport guests to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their luggage and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel policies while driving.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills
- Skills and Competencies: Professional License and excellent driving skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail
