  • Updating stock and inventory across all platforms
  • Updating website banners, building landing pages and creating promotions
  • Managing website content
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and retail assistance within the shop, both onsite and online
  • Offering administrative and operational support to the head of retail
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure website is up to date
  • Monitoring Google and Facebook adverts
  • Maintaining and updating content on the website
