Descrição:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of online sales operations, including e-commerce platform management, order fulfillment, customer service, and performance analysis.
- Identify and drive opportunities to increase sales revenue through online channels.
- Optimize sales operations across digital channels by focusing on revenue growth, executing promotional strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and overall strategies.
- Analyze website performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously enhance our e-commerce capabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive high performance and a culture of continuous learning.
Requisito
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or information technology
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in online sales.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Willing to work on site, NO WFH set-up (Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City)
