We are seeking an experienced(at least 5 years of experience) and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Project Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will manage a range of marketing channels, including Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns, and oversee all aspects of our online sales strategy. While you won’t need to handle all the execution yourself, you’ll act as the project manager, ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.
You will collaborate with different specialists (PPC experts, social media managers, content creators) and be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, optimizing budgets, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and track the performance of email marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad creatives, promotional content, and email copy.
Monitor Performance and Optimize Strategy
- Track and analyze KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
- Adjust ad strategies based on data insights to maximize profitability.
Oversee Multi-Channel Marketing
- Coordinate social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Lead influencer and partnership outreach to expand brand visibility.
- Manage Google Shopping and retargeting campaigns to boost conversions.
Project Management
- Act as the main point of contact for all marketing activities and ensure smooth communication between teams.
- Hire and manage external freelancers or agencies as needed.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the business owner.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably with Shopify stores.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and understanding of automation flows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Soft Skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple channels and teams.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with freelancers, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with an understanding of brand-building strategies.
Additional Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Availability to work flexible hours to ensure campaign monitoring across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns on Shopify.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
Compensation and Incentives:
- Monthly salary: $1,000 - $2,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based incentives tied to key metrics such as sales growth and ROAS.
