• Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee,Tiktok etc).
• Monitor daily orders, coordinate with logistics for shipping, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Optimize product content (descriptions, images, metadata) for SEO and conversion.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales support professionally.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate).
• Troubleshoot website or platform issues and liaise with developers or support teams.

Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
• Plan and manage content for email marketing, blogs, and social media channels.
• Create and manage paid advertising (Tiktok Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Monitor ROI and performance of digital marketing activities; suggest optimizations.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee,Tiktok etc).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of affiliate or influencer marketing.
