We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shopee/TikTok Account Manager to join our team. The role will focus on managing our online store operations, optimizing product listings, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales through Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms.
- Manage and monitor Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts daily.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings.
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and vouchers to boost sales.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and reviews promptly.
- Track orders, logistics, and resolve after-sales concerns.
- Prepare basic sales reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- At least a College graduate of Business Administration.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Basic knowledge of online selling and digital marketing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
