Descrição:

The Ecommerce Key Account Manager or eKAM is a leadership role that requires you to drive the sustainable growth of market leading brands across various eCommerce platforms and possibly its own website.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Execution of Strategic eCommerce Plan
  • Lead in designing a world-class, engaging, convincing and trust-building online customer experience which includes leading initiatives in content creation, product/brand launching, campaign participation, live commerce, chat, using the latest and most effective platform tools, and more.
  • Monitoring and achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPI’s which includes but not limited to sales target achievement, eCommerce analytics, inventory analysis, and more.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team-members and, whenever necessary, other colleagues in the company.
  • Build trust with key decision makers of platforms and partners.
  • Negotiate win-win agreements between NAVCO and other partners
  • Collaborate and pursue synergies with other departments in the company to achieve common business objectives. Brainstorms with the marketing team regarding effective promotional campaigns that will help increase sales.

Requisito

  • College degree holder
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience in eCommerce
  • Proven experience as an eCommerce professional.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target
  • Thorough understanding of our brands, products and our target market
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Ability to make sales presentation deck
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
