Descrição:

  1. Administer first aid treatment in case of accidents or sudden illness.
  2. Perform CPR, wound care, bandaging, and other basic life support measures.
  3. Assess the injured/ill worker’s condition and coordinate with emergency medical services (EMS) if needed.
  4. Maintain and regularly check first aid kits, supplies, and medical equipment at the site.
  5. Document all incidents, treatments provided, and referrals for medical attention.
  6. Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures as part of the safety team.
  7. Support the Safety Officer in promoting health and safety awareness among workers.
  8. Ensure confidentiality and professional conduct when handling medical cases.

Requisito

  1. Certified First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) provider (preferably Red Cross / DOLE-accredited).
  2. Knowledge of CPR, AED use, wound care, fracture management, and handling common workplace injuries.
  3. Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  4. Physically fit, attentive to detail, and capable of lifting or assisting injured workers if necessary.
  5. Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well with diverse teams.
