Descrição:

1.Communicate policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits

2.Conduct exit interviews

3.Collect and analyze employee data

4.Use data to create employee profiles

5.Organize and update employee files

6.Adhere to regulatory standards

7.Employee orientation and training,team building

Requisito

1.A college degree or higher in Human Resources,or equivalent experience in HR

2.Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working HR in a mid-sized organization

3.Non-gambling company work experience

2.Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role

4.Demonstrated knowledge of employment law

5.Outstanding interpersonal skills

6.Exceptional written and verbal communication

7.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

8.Strong problem-solving ability

9.Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Specialist
