If you are passionate about guiding teams, resolving conflicts, and ensuring employee engagement while upholding company standards, this role is for you.

This is your chance to make a real impact: you’ll not only oversee employee relations cases but also influence policies, coach leaders, and drive engagement strategies that strengthen our organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, hearings, performance improvement plans, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as an advisor to managers and leaders, providing expert guidance on labor law, policies, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead preventive ER initiatives—design programs, run engagement activities, and recommend strategies based on trends and attrition data.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team for external cases (e.g., DOLE, NLRC) ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate ER reports, case trackers, and trend analyses for leadership review.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to case managers, ensuring consistent and professional handling of ER issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of Psychology, Business Management, HR Management, or any Behavioral Science-related course.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple cases.
  • Preferably with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna.
