- Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns.
- Knowledgeable in terms of Labor Laws, DOLE Compliance, and HR Arbitration functions
- Experience in NLRC Case negotiation and resolution is an advantage
- Able to prepare a systematic compensation and benefits for the entire company
- Strategizes employee's benefits such as HMO, Performances, Bonus, Incentives, etc.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to enhance the work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in managing disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practices in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of employee relations cases.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
