1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Post job vacancies and conduct initial screening of applicants.
  • Schedule interviews with the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure all new hires complete requirements (e.g., IDs, medical, trainings).

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and updated 201 files (contracts, attendance, warnings, evaluations).
  • Monitor and file daily attendance, schedules, and leave records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions.

3. Payroll Assistance

  • Collect daily time records (DTR) and verify attendance issues (absences, late, undertime).
  • Prepare payroll summaries or assist the Finance/Payroll department in payroll processing.
  • Monitor government deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure employee updates.

4. Employee Relations

  • Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations related to workplace issues.
  • Promote positive employee morale and maintain professional workplace behavior.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training schedules for new and current employees (food safety, customer service, company policies).
  • Track training attendance, certificates, and renewal of required licenses.
  • Assist managers with performance evaluation and coaching documentation.

6. Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, forms, and other administrative needs of the restaurant.
  • Prepare memos, announcements, and communication to employees.
  • Handle facility-related concerns (repairs, maintenance requests) as needed.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers or service providers.

7. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure the restaurant follows labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Ensure employees are aware of and compliant with workplace rules.
