Position: HR Labor Employee

Salary Range: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate updates to company rules, regulations, and policies
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and other HR functions
- Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, violations, and disciplinary cases
- Plan and implement programs that promote employee welfare and engagement
- Manage and maintain accurate records for all Employee Relations activities
