  • Conduct investigations into employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Advise management on employee relations best practices and legal compliance.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and approachable demeanor.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
