Descrição:
- Provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations regarding workplace issues.
- Manage employee concerns and grievances in compliance with Philippine labor laws, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Handle disciplinary actions and corrective measures in alignment with company policies and due process.
- Ensure legal compliance by keeping updated with the Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE policies.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related course
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience in Employee Relations
- Willing to report onsite in Dona Soledad, Betterliving, Paranaque City
