  • Able to use AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Pleasing personality and appearance
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Fast learner and detail-oriented
  • Knows how to use measuring tape and technical construction terms
  • Can work efficiently with minor supervision
  • Living within or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City) is better

REQUIREMENTS:

Age limit is 45yo

Graduate of BS Civil Engineer (can be licensed or not, as long as GRADUATED and W/ EXP.)

w/ AT LEAST 3-4years experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry (Office & Production based work)

Good mathematical and analytical skills
