Descrição:

  • Supervises the maintenance and operation of plant equipment and utilities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Oversees preventive maintenance, manages utility systems, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) and pass the Professional License Exam or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-3 years’ experience specializing in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of general HSE requirements and best working practices.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify equipment/process improvements and support others as required.
  • Leadership certification is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of building grounds and maintenance
  • Has skills in computer manipulation and Microsoft Office
  • Able to supervise multiple assigned facilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively.
