- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee engineering projects, ensure compliance with engineering processes, manage a team of engineers, plan and execute training.
- Working Conditions: Office and field environment, must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership ability, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive in addressing issues.
