Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, structured English lessons to students online (ages 4 to adult)
• Teach using provided materials and personalize based on student level and needs
• Prepare students for standardized exams like IELTS or TOEFL (if applicable)
• Provide constructive feedback, encourage active participation, and track student progress
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and punctual presence in all sessions
• Computer with a minimum benchmark score of 3,000
• High-quality microphone for clear communication
• Stable internet connection
• Neat, quiet, and well-lit workspace

Availability:

• Weekdays: At least 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekends: Flexible (anytime)
• Minimum: 25 teaching hours per week (5 days/week)

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or a graduate
• Strong command of the English language
• Clear and neutral pronunciation
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Teaching certificates (TESOL, TEFL, etc.) are a plus
