Descrição:

  • Plan and organize events from inception to execution.
  • Coordinate with sales, venues, and team members.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop event timelines and checklists.
  • Oversee logistics, including setup and breakdown.
  • Ensure event compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Evaluate events and gather feedback for improvements.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Event Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking, and team management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and execute events, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require working evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a creative mindset.
