- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events from conception to completion.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and logistics.
- Maintain schedules and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Promote events using diverse marketing strategies to increase attendance and engagement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy, collaboration, strong work ethic
- Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, budgeting, project management
- Skills and Competencies: Scheduling, Salesforce knowledge
